Meet Gigi
On July 6th, a beautiful pup named Gigi came to us after suffering severe injuries in a dog fight. Despite not being the aggressor, Gigi sustained horrible injuries. Her ear was nearly torn off, requiring urgent surgery. Her loving family did everything they could, but their resources were limited. Sadly, they were told by several other hospitals that nothing could be done and Gigi should be put down.
That's where we, alongside Helping Paws, were able to make a difference. Thanks to the incredible support from Helping Paws, who covered the surgery cost, Gigi received the life-saving care she needed. Dr. Mooney did an incredible job performing the surgical repair. Now, she’s safe and sound, recovering at home with her family, who couldn't be happier.
